Different company. Nobody named Phil currently works there
They most definitely do
More than likely
Vendors stop by often offering, and the bar staff will help you with getting grub
Irish pub in NOLA. Thy will if you ask
Actually, the owner is Irish. He's from Northern Ireland. Great guy!
They never charge a cover.
Best Irish coffee's in town. We went every morning and I will be back!
We stopped at Ryan's to quench our thirst. We had a few beers and escaped from the heat. Prices are fair and the staff was nice. I would recommend.
Cosy little bar IF you like sports
We love Ryan's Irish Pub. Nice people. The servers are really nice. We like to come in and watch football. Any game/any Sunday!
Best Irish car bombs for $5! Sweet bartender
I LOVE Irish pubs. This one does not disappoint. I've only been here in the quieter part if the day. Like some pubs in the states they brought over the bar from Ireland. Tell me that isn't cool... friendly, good service. By the way...this is not a dive. People use that word wayyy to much
Friendly vibes and service. Great place to watch a game.
This is a cool little joint that my husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere is great & the drinks are too!
Great place to watch a game. Great service. Friendly.
Whent in. And ordered to Irish car bombs was asked to leave when I only asked what the most popular drink was And then was asked to leave the bar when I wasn't even ordering a drink. Then I was assaulted by the bar tender because she thought I was about to throw up when I was only burping As a fellow server i understand when to cut someone off but when you remove someone from from your bar when all they asked was what the most popular drink was your the most garbage person on the planet
Hurricanes!!! $7
We love this place.. super local and the bartenders and the price is great.. a tucked away gem
Great time in the bar. Carolyn is the best bartender. Great place to start the night or end the night. You can't beat $5 Irish car bombs!
We had a great time and great bartenders. Cool place to enjoy a nice cold beer.
Best place in the Quarter to watch hockey
Great place, Great Staff, Personalities are priceless. Pickle and Jam loved it!!
Good beer and very friendly staff. Caroline was an awesome host.
Great place for a refreshing ale. Fantastic Aussie barmaid as well. Get around them
As a 100% Irishman I can attest This is a decent Irish bar. Great Bartender. Not Irish but no matter it's a great mixed culture we have in the states. This bar has an expletive on its T shirts calming to be the %$#&^*@ best Irish bar in the world. Maybe but for me it loses 3 stars simply cos there's no ?&%$*^# door on the men's shi%$&. I like to poop in private.
The staff is great and the beer is cold
Classic Irish pub. Has the same feel and vibe as the pubs in Ireland. Highly recommended if you are are in New Orleans and in need of a Guinness. They pour a great pint!
My wife and I found our new hang out in NOLA. This pub is great! Chris and Caroline were great, very friendly and welcoming. Had great conversations and laughs with them. Went in the next night and meet Saorise, who was equally nice and welcoming (and gave us tips for when we visit County Kerry, Ireland, as she's from there). Good drinks, fair prices, nice people. Off Bourbon street, too, so not so loud and crammed. Non-smoking bar, sports on different TVs, good drink selection. Stop in, for sure! We'll be returning when we go back to NOLA.
Cool atmosphere, great service. Awesome place to go and watch the game and have a few bevvies 🙂
Great service, great drinks. Always fun
Local neighborhood bar with great personality
Ac cranks and the beer is cold! Great place to watch sports also!
Great little Irish bar, good prices with $5 car bombs and fair selection of beers. Bartenders and staff Brogue'd out. They know if you're trying to use the bathroom without buying anything
Fast service, great drinks
This place is great for an Irish Car Bomb!! Service is good too. Great atmosphere$$
Fun spot to watch sports and get some cheap drinks. A rowdy crowd but that’s half the experience!
Love this place! Nice atmosphere. Love Carolyn our bartender.
The bartenders there were always very nice and could usually answer any questions we had.
Great bar. Still has a jukebox and pool tables. Been stopping in for years now and will remain on the short list of stops in the quarter.
Pretty quiet on the Wednesday night I was there. Boring beer selection and no food. Didn’t find out about the $10 cc minimum until I was ready to leave after one beer. Fortunately the friendly bartender - the only good thing about the place - let me run to my bank rather than paying the steep on-site ATM fee.
Good Hockey Bar
We grabbed a quick drink befor a show. Service was fast. The prices weren't too bad.
This is my wife and I's go to Irish Bar when we are in town. We visit New Orleans twice a year and this is always the first stop. Big shout out to Carloyn as she is awesome. Big hello to Jessica and Mark ! Can't wait to be back in town ! Joey and Lisa Bradshaw
Friendly service and bartender was extremely helpful
Best f’ing Irish Bar in the world!! Very clean, lovely bar. Martin is the best host/owner. You must come have a beer here! 💚 #class
Good spot to enjoy beverages and friends at a authentic bar.
This is a nice, cozy Irish bar. It's a few blocks off Bourbon Street, but it's well worth checking out. The bartenders have always been friendly. It has well-established local patrons who frequent the place. There are 15 taps with a nice selection of brews.
Enjoying an eerie pint of Guinness on Friday the 13th
Love the lovely Bartenders!! Best draft beer in the city!
Great irish pub. Enjoyed watching the game here. No food.
Always sweet spot to catch NHL games, plus staff always excellent.
Good beers tucked away from canal st. Perfect hideout.
Great place to watch some football, have some drinks and BS with the bartenders and regulars!
No choice for zero stars? I begin noting that my wife is from Ireland where our son was born. While attempting to come in on holidays at 4pm or so on Wednesday with our children, the female dosser behind the bar shouted that "they weren't allowed in here". When my wife politely asked why, she was told because they aren't 21. Pubs in Ireland allow children, simple as. They do expect they be out by 9pm. While every establishment is entitled to their own rules about service, the female dosser behind the bar's attitude was out of order and lousy. This review is written for the particular benefit of Irish people, but also anyone else who may be travelling great length to New Orleans. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid a mouthy little dosser peddling fake Irish pub kitsch.
Reasonable prices, the staff was very friendly
